Two years ago,
when Ivy Emerson bailed from the tiny fishing village she’d grown up in to go to Columbia,
Sawyer McCallister was the only thing she was sad to leave behind,
and she still didn’t look back.
But when her mother guilts her into coming home for Christmas,
she crashes headfirst into Sawyer,
who’s also returned after being away.
Now that they’ve both been dragged back to Saltwater, Maine,
they might just realize it’s where they belong.

This novella is a part of the 12 NA’s of Christmas and I fell in love with it from the first page. It’s not only a short read, but an intriguing one. I didn’t want it to end!
I loved the circumstances in which Ivy and Sawyer are pushed back into each other lives. Though the reasoning behind Sawyer’s return to town is not ideal in any situation, the spontaneity of it all is destined by fate. Watch them rekindle the relationship they once had was inspiring and I loved the way that Chelsea portrayed every detail and emotion within the story. She never disappoints in her writing and this is just another fantastic creation that she has published.
I definitely though it was a cute story that is well worth the short amount of time it takes to read. For those that want a quick escape from reality with the lack of commitment to an entire book series; this is the book for you.
