When the two intersect in a bar in Arizona, their sexual chemistry is off the charts. But what is revealed during their “one week stand” only complicates matters.

Because she’ll do everything in her power to get away from the past, but he’ll do everything he can to hold her.

4 star review!

**ARC provided by the author in exchange for an honest review.**

I enjoyed this novel, immensely. I was compelled into the story from page one and connected with the characters immediately. Melissa definitely intrigued me from the start with the reason as to why she has gone away with her best friend for the weekend. She meets Derek at the hotel bar.. and holy smokes is that man HOT! I definitely swooned at the connection between the two as they embark on a week-long affair.

Of course, a story wouldn’t be amazing without a major plot twist. I was absolutely shocked when Melissa reveals her secret; I think there may have been a tear in my eye. But Derek is also withholding information about himself from Melissa and I felt shocked and appalled at him. BAD DEREK!

It goes without saying that this novel has a happily-ever-after and I really did love it. This is Tia’s debut novel and it is definitely an awesome start to an incredible writing future. I am looking forward to reading her next novel, One To Keep, which is a companion novel to One To Hold.
