I really enjoy this series and absolutely adore the male leads in each book. In My Savior Forever we met Jesse. This time we meet Shane; and guess what.. HE’S AN AUSSIE! It’s always fun to see how international authors depict an Australian in their novels and Vicki did us justice. **High-five, mate!**
I love how this novel is pretty fast-paced. There is no random moments that don’t seem to fit with the plot. It is completely steady and gets to the point efficiently. I could not believe how fast it took for Allie and Shane’s relationship to progress but it definitely enhanced the dynamics of their relationship within the story. It was endearing to see their relationship grow, even with the threat against Allie’s from her ex-boyfriend; who is COMPLETELY insane!
I am definitely looking forward to reading the next novel in the series and can’t wait to see how the relationships of Cassie, Jesse, Allie and Shane progress.
